Plain Language Summary
What is CoreUI PRO?
CoreUI PRO is a commercial version of our UI component library designed for building admin dashboards and panels. When purchasing CoreUI PRO, you gain a lifetime right to use it in your personal and commercial projects.
How Do We Count Licenses?
Licenses are counted per developer. You must buy a license for each developer directly creating code using CoreUI PRO. There is no limit to the number of users viewing or interacting with the content created using CoreUI PRO components. Automated tools or people involved only in compiling or releasing code do not require separate licenses.
What You Can Do:
- Use CoreUI PRO in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
- Modify, customize, and implement CoreUI PRO in your products and applications.
What You Can’t Do:
- Sell, redistribute, or sublicense CoreUI PRO components on their own or as part of a competing product.
- Publish or openly distribute CoreUI PRO’s source code or resources publicly (e.g., on GitHub or other repositories).
License Duration:
The license is perpetual (lifetime). You receive lifetime access to updates. Premium support is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, you may renew your license to regain access to premium support.
Support and Updates:
While no formal warranty is provided, we actively ensure CoreUI PRO’s quality and offer premium support to quickly resolve any issues or answer your questions.
Full License Agreement
1. Grant of License
CoreUI grants you (the licensee) a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CoreUI PRO (“Software”) for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Permitted Use
You are authorized to:
- Use the Software in unlimited projects, commercial or non-commercial.
- Modify and integrate the Software into your products or applications.
3. License Counting and Developer Definition
Licenses are sold per designated developer. A developer is defined as an individual directly creating, modifying, or writing code using CoreUI PRO components. You must purchase licenses according to the number of such developers. There is no limitation on how many users can view or interact with content created with the Software, either inside or outside your organization. Individuals and automated tools responsible only for compiling or releasing code do not require separate licenses.
4. Restrictions
You are expressly prohibited from:
- Selling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Software, either partially or in its entirety, independently or as part of a competing product.
- Publishing the source code or components publicly, including but not limited to code repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, or similar services.
5. Ownership
CoreUI retains full ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software. This Agreement does not grant you ownership or intellectual property rights in the Software.
6. Termination
This license may only be terminated if you materially breach the terms of this Agreement. In such an event, CoreUI will provide written notice and allow 30 days for the breach to be remedied before termination becomes effective. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
7. Warranty and Liability
The Software is provided “as-is” without any explicit or implied warranty. CoreUI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. However, we actively maintain and support our products to ensure reliability and quality.
8. Updates and Support
Your license includes lifetime access to all future updates. Premium support is provided for one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. To continue receiving premium support after that period, you may renew your support plan.
9. General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws and regulations. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains valid and enforceable.
