What’s New
Bug Fixes
- CModal & COffcanvas: Unmounting either component while it is visible restores the page scroll.
- COffcanvas: The
placementprop’srequiredflag was misspelled, so Vue never enforced it. It is now marked as required. - CChipInput: The disabled and readonly semantics are left to the input element.
Documentation & Tooling
- Docs: Framework name leftovers are fixed, the sidebar matches the PRO docs, the CDropdown responsive alignment examples line up with their toggle, and the README has Data Grid and Scheduler sections.
- Build: Type declarations are emitted with an explicit root directory.
Dependency Updates
@coreui/coreuiupdated to^5.9.1, which brings its sanitizer hardening and the Card, Accordion, Modal, Popover and Dropdown border-radius fixes into your styles.- Development dependencies updated to their latest minor and patch versions, including
astro7.3.5,rollup4.64.0,vite8.3.2,vitest4.1.11 andvue3.5.43.
Migration Notes
This is a maintenance release with no breaking changes to the public API. One thing to check after upgrading:
- Every
COffcanvasneeds aplacement(start, end, toporbottom). Without it, Vue now logs a missing required prop warning. - Install updated dependencies, run your test suite and verify the build.
